Please Read Before Ordering.
- ORDERING.
The
CinemaShop® accepts
Discover, MasterCard and VISA - plus
checks and money orders via mail, as
well as wire transfers. Order
online on our highly secure web-site, or
download our order form (click
here). You can then mail your order
to ElectroShops, LLC 2200 W. 66th St.
#200 Minneapolis, MN 55423-2131, or
fax your order (call for fax number).
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your
order to arrive (mail orders, seating
and interior products take longer). Many
orders are shipped within 2 to 7 days -
then add 2 to 5 days for UPS to get it
to you. Custom orders and large
quantities may take from 2 to 12 weeks.
While we always try to indicate on the
site when products are out of stock,
occasionally stock may be depleted
before your order can be processed. We
will inform you of a back order status,
estimate the shipping date and offer you
a refund, if so desired. We have a
minimum order requirement and will not
ship any orders that are less than $100.
- FREE DOMESTIC U.S. GROUND SHIPPING.

Free
Shipping is included for the lower 48
United States on any item with a
purchase button on our web site and is the standard ground shipping
provided by UPS, FedEx or Common Freight
Carriers. On larger items (such as
larger interior products), the driver
will perform a curb-side drop off of
the item and may need assistance. Some
items, such as most of our Luxury
Loungers, do include complete in-home
"White Glove" delivery and installation

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Click here for information about ordering from outside the United States.
Some products are not available to ship
outside the lower 48 United States
(carpet, popcorn, acoustics, etc.), but
we can ship to your US based freight-forwarding company - contact us for details.
- SHIPPING DAMAGE. All
shipments received by you that seem
damaged, must be noted to the freight
carrier, then refused and returned
to the address on your shipping label
for claim processing. You must report
any damage claims immediately so that
the party responsible for the damage can
make amends.
CinemaShop®
will not be
held responsible for any shipping damage
and you may have to claim freight damage
with your own insurance company, if you
do not note it with the shipping
carrier.
- INITIAL DEFECTS. Initial product defects will be replaced or
repaired within the first 30 days.
After 30 days,
CinemaShop®
will not
replace defective products - the
manufacturer's warranty is then in
effect. Consult the bottom of the
product's page on CinemaShop.com for
warranty information. Please keep the
original factory cartons with all
packing and manuals - if you ever move,
they are indispensable.
Any and all problem products sent to
CinemaShop®
must be accompanied by a
"Return Authorization". To obtain a "RA
Number", call us at #(866) 243-1001,
or
click here to contact us via e-mail.
We will issue you a " RA Number" within
48 business hours. If so instructed by us,
products should be returned freight
prepaid with the Return Authorization
Number clearly printed on the shipping
label. Do not write on the product
carton, as this will invoke a restocking
fee for a damaged carton. Products
shipped to us without a "Return
Authorization" will not be accepted.
- RETURN POLICY. There are
no returns or refunds on custom
manufactured products, including: all
seating products; all poster cases,
frames and marquees; all cinema signs;
all metal theater decor products.
CinemaShop®
accepts product returns for
refund (except for the products listed
above and some others) for 30 days after
purchase date under the following
conditions: Unopened products in perfect
condition may be returned up to 30 days
for a refund, minus a MINIMUM 15%
RESTOCKING CHARGE. The original
box and packing must be included with
any potential return.
Any product not in perfect resalable
condition is subject to at least a 15%
restocking fee and may be more,
depending on condition. Once a product
has been assembled or installed,
absolutely no refunds are permitted -
only defective exchanges will be
permitted, if necessary. Product return
shipping costs must be prepaid by the
customer. Also, all shipping charges
that we pay on your behalf for your
original order are not refundable. Any
and all potential returns to
CinemaShop®
must be accompanied by a
"Return Authorization". To obtain a "RA

- WARRANTY. If you have any
questions about a product purchased from
the CinemaShop®, e-mail us or call us. If
any product sold by
the CinemaShop®
fails
within the warranty period, the
warranty is between you, the customer,
and the manufacturer.
We will work with you and the
manufacturer’s warranty center when you
contact us. If a product we’ve sold you
fails after the warranty period is over,
we'll direct you to the manufacturer for
help.
- PRICE GUARANTEE –
ElectroShops’ price guarantee applies to
products over $100 that are advertised
and in stock on competing authorized
retailers sites carrying the identical
product at the time of purchase. We will
match published online prices on the
same exact merchandise (no verbal
price quotes qualify). Since we include
free shipping and handling, all shipping
and handling fees must be figured into
any price comparison. Must be identical
model numbers and products must be
factory-fresh. Closeout, discontinued,
display, or refurbished products are not
eligible for price matching.
- SECURITY AND PRIVACY -
CinemaShop®
is "anti-Spam" and will not
use unethical promotional methods. We
use "SSL" servers for our e-commerce -
it's the most secure way to shop. Your
credit card number is not stored in a
database on the
internet and only initially sent to us via secure encrypted
connections.
CinemaShop®
does not put
"bugs" on your computer, as we respect
your privacy.
Your personal data will never be shared
with any entity outside of our company
and is private information only for our
use. However, by proceeding with
checkout, you authorize the
CinemaShop®
and parent company ElectroShops, LLC to
send you electronic communications via
the email information you provide.
In order to help protect the
environment, our online packing
slips/order tracking forms are paperless e-mail only - save
it to your hard drive and print a copy,
as well, if you like. However, we do send
your paper receipt via USPS Mail.
- NOTICE: CinemaShop® Prices & specifications are subject to change at any time. The CinemaShop® reserve the right to refuse to deal with any person for any reason. The CinemaShop® is not responsible for any data entry errors, including pricing errors on the CinemaShop.com web site.
